Vacuum up: Allow the salt to dry completely into a crust, then vacuum it away.

Apply hydrogen peroxide: Mix one part dish soap with two parts hydrogen peroxide for stubborn leftover red stains.

Absorb the liquid: Blot up as much coffee as possible using dry paper towels.

Apply vinegar solution: Mix one tablespoon of liquid dish soap, one tablespoon of white vinegar, and two cups of warm water.

Sponge the stain: Apply the vinegar mixture directly to the spot with a clean cloth and blot gently.
